Transporting your package

The packages are generally shipped in 48 hrs after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered without a signature. If you want a signed for delivery, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will enable you to track the delivery of your package online.

The shipping costs include packing, handling and postal charges. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will need to pay the shipping costs for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, particular care is given to packages containing fragile products.

The packages are oversized and protected.
